[nas] libaudiooss and browser plugins

I've actually spoken to Jeremy White about using NAS with Wine and those
Crossover plugins. He is the owner of the company. We always wanted to
get around testing that, but resources haven't allowed it. Wine had
some endian bugs related to RISC based thin clients (NCDs) and we just
never were able to deploy their stuff.

Basically, NAS and libaudio needs to work with Wine for this to work.
If no one gets it going, I can probably introduce him to the list and
see if they have some internal resources to work on this.
