[nas] Conversion of source repo to GIT from SVN

I have done the conversion from svn to git.  It was not as bad as I
suspected it would be :)

https://sourceforge.net/p/nas/nas.git/ci/master/tree/

This will give you the various URLS to clone the repo (http/rw/ro).

Any further changes should use the GIT repo.  If supplying patches,
please use the git format-patch format -- this makes it easier for
committers to apply your patch.

The SVN repo will stick around for a couple weeks, then will be
removed.
