[nas] nasd outputs only part of a sample, client stalls -- except under strace

I took a look at it, but I have no idea what might cause this strange
behaviour.

I found an unrelated nasd bug, see my other mail. ;-)

Regarding the bug report: Since nasd uses OSS the contents of
/proc/asound/oss/devices and /proc/asound/oss/sndstat are important as
well. And using a high debug value (e.g. 99) in nasd.conf might be useful
as well.
