   - Hugo Vanwoerkom reported thousands of diagnostics in his syslog:
     "doSetup: elementRate == 0! Forcing to 5000".  Fix doSetup to only
     warn about this when the debug level is above 10.

  I guess the real issue is that a new release probably needs to be
  made.  Once I have a new machine ready (being constructed as we
  speak) I'll see about getting a new release out.  There have been a
  few minor fixes since 1.9.1.

  Try svn trunk for now.
