[nas] cc/gcc issues with imake on Solaris 8

I've installed the latest Sun patch cluster, as well as the latest
SunRay Server 2 patches. Neither has helped, the audio still hangs as
before on the AUDIO_DRAIN call. :(

I'm not really sure what to do now - I'm not sure if Sun will be
interested in the problem or not! Although having said that, even if I
play it the sounds on the same host than it still hangs. So I don't
think it is a networking issue!

Anything else I can try??
