[nas] New NAS repository URL

SourceForge has upgraded its various projects to the 'New Way',
including NAS.

As a result the URL for the repository has changed.  The existing repo
will remain available in read-only mode for awhile (it appears).

To get the new repo URL, see

https://sourceforge.net/p/nas/code/HEAD/tree/

It is recommended to re-checkout the repository from scratch with the
new URL and proceed from there.

PS: I am seriously thinking of migrating away from snv to git for NAS.
Any serious objections?  Not something I will do soon, but...
