[nas] sdtu code

Recently friend showed me very nice piece of code
(including lot of aussie vocab humour inside)
doing simple netphone code using gsm encoding.

what is particulairly interesting is usage of
tcp_nodelay and clever nuking of buffers thanx to stats
obtained from tcp subsystem.

ofcourse tcp_nodelay cannot be ported to anything else
than linux, yet i think NAS code would benefit nicely
by using stdu code as inspiration for NAS audio buffer
routines.
