[nas] Pulse Audio NAS Plugin

We have one last NAS application that will be around for another 1-2 years.  We are putting PulseAudio on our thin clients in the near future to handle the sound from our various Linux applications and servers.  If we can work out something, I should be able to get money for a bounty to add support for NAS into Pulse Audio.  Pulse supports plugins, and already supports Esound and I perceive that NAS would be very similar.  (In fact they mention they would like to add NAS on their page).

I also wonder if long term, NAS should be moved over into that project as a module.  That would allow for continued development, and allow far more eyes to see and review the code, and use this technology.
