[nas] Project.tmpl ???

When I try to compile nas, I get the following error:

I don't know where the Project.tmpl-file belongs to. Is it part of
the X-distribution or does it come from linux?
I'm using XFree4.02 and have a Linux From Scratch.
On my SuSE-Linux there is also no Project.tmpl
Where can I get it or how can I build it?
