I just built it with both sun's compiler (4.2) and gcc 3.0.1 on Solaris 7.

uname -a:
	SunOS japonica 5.7 Generic_106541-14 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-5_10

No build problems, but I can't really do any run-time testing since I'm
logged in remotely.
