[nas] libaudiooss 0.9.5

Greets. The time has come for yet another minor release of libaudiooss -
the highlight of this 0.9.5 release is that now sox and its frontends -
like "play" - work, eliminating a major source of confusion to new users
:-)

0.9.3 and 0.9.4 only fixed rather minor bugs. (Including the developer's
disease: thinking everyone has as updated a build environment as himself)

Plans for the near future, barring bothersome intrusions like work and
