[Conquest] New rpository url for Conquest

SourceForge has upgraded its various projects to the 'New Way',
including Conquest.

As a result the URL for the repositoy has changed.  The existing repo
will remain available in read-only mode for awhile (it appears).

To get the new URL, see

https://sourceforge.net/p/conq/code/ci/default/tree/

It is recommended to re-checkout the repository from scratch with the
new URL and proceed from there.
