[conquest] - missing servers?

         I'm trying to work out some network difficulties with my
         ISP/Qwest.  Basically my 7.1Mb/sec connection is giving me
         about 400Kb/sec, starting around thursday-ish.  So he (the
         qwest guy) was having me shut down the modem etc...

         Still no idea what is going on - seems to think someone is
         'sharing' my ATM VC, to the tune of 100000-200000 cells per
         second.  Even with my DSL modem turned off :)  Wonder how that
         can happen.  He didn't seem to have any idea.

         Still not resolved, though do not be alarmed if I disappear a
         couple times tommorrow too as we continue to try to figure out
         what's going on.
