[conquest] client lockup

Merry Christmas to all.

I have gotten sounds to work in the glclient.
Jon isnt ready for sound code, but we have discussed unofficial releases.
Thinking of getting one up when I have the time so I can gather other input
on sound clips and such.

Yeah, its not much of a present...problem is "a christmas carol" has been
taking a lot of my time.  I've seen Scrooge get the christmas spirit at
least 15 times.
